Vannessa Henley, a team squad leader for Scott Realty Group, is a native Houstonian and has witnessed the area's phenomenal growth firsthand. An enthusiastic, dependable Realtor, she goes the extra mile for her clients...she truly listens and cares about their needs. As buying or selling a home can be super stressful, Vannessa is committed to helping clients navigate the process painlessly. She enjoys coaching first-time home buyers and helping put them at ease. She is an outstanding communicator and truly believes that laughter is the best medicine. A long career of Human Resources and Recruiting has honed her negotiation expertise, and tireless hours spent working in militarized zones has strengthened her resolve. She will always push for the best for her clients.

Her fiancé Lance is an IT Network genius and game aficionado with a penchant for woodworking. When he’s not engrossed in games or covered in sawdust, they enjoy checking out the local restaurant scene. Vannessa knows her way around the kitchen as well and will gladly provide your choice of gumbo or Texas Red as a closing gift upon request. She also enjoys reading and various artistic endeavors when she can find the time and snuggling with the family cats and Boston Terriers.

Vannessa also enjoys sharing with various charities and giving back to the community. She has been involved in numerous activities in support of American Cancer Society, March of Dimes, and Toys for Tots, along with events sponsoring families in need during the holidays. She has great respect for military and veterans, and has volunteered her time assisting with resume writing and transition into the civilian workforce. Currently she is a Support Manager for Metta’s Local Eats Dine Out for Charity program, partnered with Cy-Fair Helping Hands to help fight hunger and homelessness in Cypress and the surrounding areas.
